Voltage and electricity quality monitoring with sophisticated equipment - wave function recorders
FZC 11 October a.d. from Kumanovo today is a giant when it comes to the production of electro welded pipes and profiles of high quality. It has a large number of production facilities for welded steel pipes, profiles and their adequate anti-corrosion protection.
The voltage quality monitoring project is implemented in order to provide information on voltage events (short interruptions, harmonic distortions, flickers, etc.), in order to provide solutions for their elimination / reduction. Measuring locations were selected where the production processes depend on the quality of the voltage, but also measuring locations where the production process can cause anomalies.
The class uses super-fast analyzers in Class A, model BlackBox G4420, manufactured by Elspec, Israel. G4420 is an advanced analyzer-recorder of wave function, without using any adjustments, it continuously records the measurement function. The analyzers are located on the lower side of the main distribution of each of the selected transformers.
PQSCADA Sapphire software provides automatic synchronization with measuring devices (data and time), and the archive is made in the built-in database type MS SQL Express. It has advanced functions for performing analysis of all network parameters in high resolution, while providing the opportunity to evaluate the recorded sizes according to international standards.

All parameters related to consumption are archived in the built-in database are archived without any time interval. During the analysis, the PQSCADA application makes adjustments according to the needs of the standard according to which the report is made (EN50160, IEE519, etc.)
